This week's update pretty much has to do with the new United Five theme song, some work with Less, and of course, the Production Vault update. =]

.: Quick News Tidbits :.

This week's primary focus was the recording of the official theme song for the United Five clothing label. MooN ShynE provided the beat, and Vincent, Timmy Titus, and MooN ShynE ripped the beat to shreds. If you'd like to listen and download, click here.

In other news, Less and MooN ShynE have been working on some more songs this week, and hopefully by the end of the month there will be some new completed Less material for everyone to enjoy.

This kit comes from DJay Cas, a producer who has production credits with well-known artists such as Young Jeezy, Paul Wall, Yung La, Ice Cube, and others. Although this kit doesn't contain original drums that he has created/recorded/tweaked, he put it together from his stash for the sake of others to use.

He dropped this kit a long time ago on The Boards, and for me it's been quite useful. The marching band stuff, though few in number, were great to me and provided a different yet pleasing sound for kicks and snares. The vox folder also has some good vocal cuts to help hype up your records; many of which you've heard on hit records, from hey's to ow's and oh's.

At 701 samples, this kit should definitely keep you occupied for your next several production endeavors.

Make sure you follow Djay Cas at!
